Full Page Capture (browser extension) · Last updated: October 29, 2026
Full Page Capture lets you capture an entire web page as an image and save it as PNG, JPEG or PDF. This policy explains what the extension does with your data. In short: everything stays on your device.
What the extension handles
- Screenshots of the page you choose to capture. When you click the extension's icon or press its shortcut, it takes screenshots of the current tab and stitches them into one image.
- Your settings. Preferences such as file format, quality and PDF page size.
How it is used and stored
- Screenshots are processed only on your device. They are kept in the extension's local storage just long enough to open the preview, and are deleted as soon as the preview has loaded. Files you download are saved wherever your browser saves downloads.
- Settings are saved with your browser's extension storage. If you use browser sync, your browser may sync these settings across your devices; they contain no personal information.
What the extension does not do
- It does not send screenshots, page content, browsing history or any other data to the developer or to any server.
- It has no accounts, analytics, advertising or tracking.
- It does not sell, share or transfer user data to anyone.
- It runs on a page only when you start a capture on that page.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
